THE PROCESS - One to one, Life Coaching Programme
‘THE PROCESS’ Life Coaching Programme is designed to foster long-term transformation through a shift in mindset, the development of positive habits, and accountability for small but clear, actionable steps. The programme includes a series of one-to-one coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, delivered via video calls.
